  • Implemented Unifier Single Platform as an Automated Project Business Process & Workflow management system.
  • Implemented 25 business processes and workflows for Project Initiation, Contract Management,Cost Controls, Change Management and Project Close Out related processes.
  • Integration of SAP ERP with PMIS.
  • Creation of dashboards and Planning, review and monitoring of KPIs.
