Melanie Kolp is Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer for Corporate Technology at Nationwide. She has proven success in supporting the technology strategy and product delivery for the corporate areas of Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Investments, IT Development and Document Solutions. Her passion is being a champion for the development and support of other women in technology; she is also active in the local community, as the founding president of Columbus Women in Tech.
