Inclusive Empowerment
In association with Sujaya Foundation, our project aims to empower specially-abled youth with essential digital literacy training, enabling them to earn their livelihood. The project also focuses on soft skills, speed, and accuracy with data entry by imparting those necessary skillsets across three training centers in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
LTIMindtree supports the vocational skills training program in Chennai, in partnership with The Spastics Society of Tamil Nadu (SPASTN), to train specially-abled youth with vocational skills, boosting employability.
Youth Empowerment
Through our youth empowerment program, we provide training to economically disadvantaged youth on employability skills, IT/ITES future skills, soft skills, and financial literacy.
Women Empowerment
At LTIMindtree, we support marginalized women in urban and rural areas, by helping them create local
employment opportunities,thereby enabling them to become financially independent.
