Empowerment
At LTIMindtree, we believe that the divide in society, created due to opportunity and awareness or the lack of these, can be bridged by an inclusive approach. By empowering marginalized communities through vocational training, and focusing on the development of women & people with disabilities, we wish to make a difference to the society, both at a macro, as well as at the grassroots level.
Given below is a brief overview of our CSR projects, targeted toward empowering the society:
Youth Empowerment
Through our youth empowerment program, we provide training to economically disadvantaged youth on employability skills, IT/ITES future skills, soft skills, and financial literacy.
Women Empowerment
At LTIMindtree, we support marginalized women in urban and rural areas, by helping them create local employment opportunities,thereby enabling them to become financially independent.
Inclusive Empowerment
Through our inclusive empowerment program, we provide training to PwD & LGBTQ+ on IT/ITES& vocational skills along with soft skill.
