The Support PSF status ensures that LTIMindtree PSF:
– Is financially stable and provides services that are sustainable over the long term
– Has a strong operational and technical organization able to manage the risks inherent in accessing sensitive data
– Is audited and supervised according to the guidelines, standards and certifications expected for the service execution
Given this status, LTIMindtree PSF is allowed by the regulator to access confidential data without breaching the banking secrecy law.
