This note is to caution you against recruitment frauds that seek financial commitments from candidates in return for employment at LTIMindtree. Jobseekers may be invited to participate in bogus interviews, asked to fill out fabricated employment applications, and may be issued fake offer letters – all with the underlying goal of enticing jobseekers into depositing a certain amount of money and/or divulging personal information. These fraudulent communications may carry the Email ID and/or domain name of LTIMindtree or a deceptively similar or exact name. Also, they may conduct fraudulent audio/video interviews using imposter Identity and corporate like collaboration platforms.
As a vigilant jobseeker, please keep the below pointers in mind to help identify fraudulent emails:
- LTIMindtree does not ask and does not authorize any agency, company, or individual to collect money from candidates at any stage of the recruitment process, and the company bears no responsibility for amounts deposited by job seekers in response to such requests.
- A fraudulent email may mention the bank account number of an individual or the account details would be given upon calling the number mentioned in the fraudulent mail.
- LTIMindtree doesn’t ask any candidates to open any new email address on specific email providers.
- LTIMindtree only communicates from the official domain “ltimindtree.com”; please identify and accept emails accordingly.
- LTI Mindtree does not share offer letters through emails or links. Instead, offer letters are available on an LTI Mindtree managed portal accessible to the candidate upon successful completion of the required interview process.
The candidate can download the offer letter with the credentials created during the beginning of the interview process. If you believe you have been a victim of recruitment fraud, you are requested to approach the law enforcement agencies immediately.
Please note that anyone who relies on the representations made by fraudulent employment agencies does so at their own risk, and LTIMindtree disclaims any liability in case of loss or damage suffered as a consequence of the same.
