This is a big year and a big month for us. We are celebrating our 20 th anniversary and recently unveiled our new brand identity as LTI. This makes it a great backdrop for this month’s update, which we will start with a brief on our new identity that positions us as a leading partner, solving challenges of the converging digital and physical world. Next, we present a very informative guideline for CXOs, published jointly with NelsonHall, on orchestrating an effective operating model for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Staying with Automation, we then talk about what got us rated among the leading players for robotic automation in the overall and BFS segments of the latest Zinnov Zones. Finally, we discuss our idea-led innovation approach titled, Business Innovation Center (BIC), which offers a smarter and quicker approach toward continuous innovation.
