​The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6.85 per Equity Share and the same shall be paid to equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in records of Depositories as Beneficial Owners of Equity Shares as on Friday, November 18, 2016, which is Record Date fixed for the said purpose.

Further, please note that the Interim Dividend will be paid/ dispatched on or before November 28, 2016.
