This year’s theme for the Insurance Leadership Forum 2024, “AI Meets the World,” captures the rising interest in AI, particularly Generative AI (Gen AI), within the insurance industry. LTIMindtree’s recent survey reveals that while 89% of insurers are exploring Gen AI, only about 12% have managed to transition these efforts into full-scale production. As the industry shifts from experimental stages to practical application, it faces critical challenges, including risks, security concerns, and the limitations of traditional IT frameworks.

ILF 2024 will tackle these challenges head-on by showcasing real-world experiences from insurers who have successfully operationalized Gen AI.
