We endeavour to utilize new applications/ tools and technologies to improve the process efficiency as part of our recruitment process.

The use of this website, including participation in our recruitment process, is subject to relevant LTIMindtree policies and terms of processing as outlined in our Privacy Notice for job applicants.

Our recruitment process utilizes both LTIMindtree’s tools and tools provided by our third-party vendors, including automated assessment tools that assist in evaluating candidates.

The interface during online interviews/assessment process may also be monitored and proctored to ensure a fair evaluation.

As part of our commitment to fairness and transparency, LTIMindtree complies with the applicable data privacy regulations that govern the use of AI and personal data in the recruitment process, including but not limited to the following:

  • New York City’s Local Law 144 of 2021 for automated employment decision tools used in our hiring process to ensure they do not unfairly impact candidates based on race, ethnicity, or sex.
  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation): Under GDPR, LTIMindtree will comply with the data protection regulations as applicable to residents of European Union and the use of automated decision making.
  • The CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) applies to the residents of California and provides specific rights regarding personal data obligations that LTIMindtree complies with.
  • PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), under which LTIMindtree will ensure compliance with certain data protection regulations applicable to residents of Canada.

The AI tools that are used in conducting interviews and assessment of candidates are designed to be fair and unbiased and comply with applicable guidelines to prevent discrimination based on age, race, sex, religion, national origin, disability, or genetic information.

If you prefer not to be assessed and interviewed by the tool, you have the option to opt out of this process. In such case, you must notify us, and we will arrange for an alternative assessment and interview method.

Before undertaking the assessment, you will receive a detailed email explaining how this assessment tool functions, how the evaluation takes place, and how you can opt out.
