Harsh Naidu
Chief Business Officer, BFS Americas, LTIMindtree
Harsh Naidu is the Chief Business Officer, banking and financial services for the Americas at LTIMindtree, and a well-known leader in the banking and capital market IT outsourcing industry.
Harsh has been with L&T Group for 18 years, 15 of which have been with LTIMindtree in the US. He is currently responsible for the banking and financial services in the Americas. Harsh helps banks adapt to the changing regulatory environment and the disruptions being caused by FinTechs. He was instrumental in setting up the cloud-based asset services business in Canada.
Before joining LTIMindtree, he held management positions at L&T Trade.com and L&T Finance. Prior to that, he was a manager at Lloyds Finance.
Harsh holds an MBA degree in Finance from Goa Institute of Management, India, and a bachelor of engineering degree in from NIT Raipur, India.

Tina is President and Board Member of LTIMindtree Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of LTIMindtree, a leading global digital solutions organization. Tina has spent the past 30+ years of her career within the Canadian marketplace focusing on client advocacy and enabling an engaged workforce. She is accountable to build, lead and direct strategy for the banking and financial services business in Canada. Steve Kingston
Head, Product and Customer Experience
Steve Kingston has been in the Canadian financial services industry for 20 years, holding progressively senior roles in both operations and technology. As the Head of Product and Customer Experience at LTIMindtree Canada – Steve is accountable to build, lead and direct the strategy for our products and services by leveraging our extensive Canadian financial services domain expertise, and applying global digital transformation experience, to deliver innovative solutions for our customers. Steve’s mandate includes; business development support, new product and service solutions, continued investment and innovation in our core product suite, alliances and partnerships, and product regulatory/compliance adherence. As LTIMindtree Canada supports the digital transformation journey of both our customers, and the broader financial services industry – Steve and his team strive to develop solutions that enable business growth or improve operational efficiency through data and analytics, business process management and automation, customer experience design, legacy modernization and managed services.
Derek Lynden
Head, Business Development
Derek leads LTIMindtree Canada’s Business Development team. Derek has been a senior executive in the Information Technology space for almost 20 years with the majority of those spent in the Financial Services and Wealth Management verticals.
Derek’s role is to combine his knowledge and experience in Canada’s Wealth Management arena with the broad and deep global capabilities of LTIMindtree to broaden LTIMindtree Canada’s offerings to our current clients and new prospects with overall objective to delight our clients and establish new markets for growth for LTIMindtree Canada.
Derek is an established leader who takes a strategic, yet pragmatic approach to crafting solutions that meet our client’s needs today and position them for success tomorrow. Derek has been very active as a coach in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association and has a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto.
Stanislav (Steve) Hristov
Head, Enterprise Engineering
Steve is the Head of Enterprise Engineering with over twenty five years of experience in software engineering, application development, and solution architecture for the industry in both product development and consulting practices. The majority of that time has been in leading engineering teams for TA record keeping platforms in Canada. Steve is responsible for leading the LTIMindtree Canada delivery team in new ways of working, application stability & quality, delivery automation/efficiency, and technology innovation across our platform ecosystem – all with a deep customer focus.
He has graduated from Ryerson Polytechnic University with a B.Com. in Information Technology Management. Steve’s greatest strengths are his leadership, team building, dedication, drive and passion for technology.

Ryan Hobbs is Head of Technology and Operations responsible for digital transformation and ensuring our client’s opportunities are realized and their challenges are solved. Ryan is a thoughtful leader who enjoys the intellectual challenge of finding a winning strategy and the satisfaction of making a difference with deep knowledge of technology and business principles, including presales, service management, SaaS delivery models, robotics, service delivery and infrastructure services. Michael is Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Services with 20+ years of leadership experience in IT, Finance and Operations. Michael is responsible for several functions including financial management, procurement, strategic planning, audit, risk management, and quality management. His objective is to drive the business to achieve its business objectives through effective planning, analysis, and decision making. Prior to working at LTIMindtree Canada, Michael worked at IBM and Citigroup in various leadership and management roles.
Michael is very active in the community and volunteers with DECA, Junior Achievements, and coaches soccer.
