Empowerment
Our second pillar focuses on programs that empower diverse groups through meaningful discussion, contribution, and collaboration. The goal is to build a more caring and inclusive community
Initiatives
CHAMPION Network
Built from strong foundations, the CHAMPION Network has a focus to champion the support of women. Advocating for the cause through engaging, educating, equipping and most importantly empowering women to pursue what is possible.
The committee aims to continue to create opportunities which assist in both the professional and personal development of women in the community. The CHAMPION Network plans to achieve this through a nurturing culture of learning, volunteering, and networking.
The committee is dedicated to setting goals and achieving them through a series of meaningful activities that create an impact on our community. A few of the goals the committee has set are as follows: supporting women in career development, creating a support structure within the immediate community, improving physical and mental wellbeing, creating a healthy work-life balance, giving back through organization community outreach programs and most importantly – having fun!
WITM – Women in Information Technology Management
Our family at LTIMindtree Canada are proud sponsors of the Women in Information Technology Management (WITM) student group at the Ted Rogers School of Management under Toronto Metropolitan University.
The vision of WITM is to provide meaningful opportunities that allow female students to connect with the industry, encourage career development, and foster an inclusive community where wisdom, skills and experiences are shared to bring light to the clear gender gap that exists within the Business and IT industry.
TRIEC – Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council
The Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council is a community group that we here at LTIMindtree Canada work closely with and our proud sponsors of their initiatives.
The TRIEC Mentoring Partnership Program is a large-scale, best-in-class mentoring program matching immigrant professionals with established professionals in Canada for occupation-specific mentoring relationships. It is funded by IRCC, province of Ontario, RBC, Manulife, and the Ontario Trillium Foundation
Through the TRIEC Mentoring Partnership program, our employees make a difference in the life of new immigrants.
