Managing Change Through Technology
Change Managers in organizations are likely to come across several teams and individuals following different practices and working on various objectives of change. Moreover, in a continuosly changing business world, most employees typically resist change. The Change Manager’s responsibility, then, is to ensure a smooth transition and acceptance of change by minimizing resistance, and by building a feedback mechanism which will allow them to address specific employee concerns.
Now, Change Managers can either do their job the traditional way by using PROSCI or MS Office tools, or leverage emerging technology to make a wider impact in less time and to truly involve employees in the change management process for wider acceptance. The key is to boost the desire quotient among employees and facilitate acceptance via a mix of interpersonal skills and formal and informal tools for communication and automation.
To make the Change Manager’s job easier, there are several tools available today. In this blog I have listed some of the key business tools that help simplify their role.

Slido can be easily used in closed group meetings such as leadership meetings, board room sessions, division unit meetings, etc.

Mailchimp
Mailchimp is a multi-faceted tool that helps sales teams automate prospect and lead management. Marketing and Sales personnel can predict demographics, manage audience segments, test campaigns, send emails at specific times, and of course design and deploy their own email marketing campaigns.
