Pankaj Chugh

Pankaj leads LTI’s relationships with Hi-Tech clients across semiconductor, consumer electronics and hi-tech distribution segments. He and his team solve complex business challenges related to R&D, sales & marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality & business operations. Pankaj particularly enjoys creating breakthrough innovation in these functions by leveraging LTI’s propriety solutions in digital and analytics, and those from startup ecosystem partners. In past, he focused on problems related to operations transformation, application of statistical and data science techniques, etc. to identify performance hotspots and levers, to generate competitive advantage. Pankaj spent substantive part of his early career in the banking industry. He is an engineer from IIT-Delhi and MBA from INSEAD, and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, US.
