Abhipsa works as a Change Management Consultant for the Organization Change Management (OCM) Practice in LTI. She drives “people side of change” by acting as a catalyst in the engagement process. She is a certified trainer of DISC, TA 101, and an ISO 9001-2015 auditor from Bureau Veritas.
