Swapna Kothavale

Swapna brings 17+ years of experience and has been associated with LTIMindtree for the last 12 years. She has worked with major global oil and gas clients/partners. She has led the Center of Excellence and Solutions team for LTIMindtree’s energy business unit. She has created a benchmark for multiple successful engagements by leveraging her deep domain knowledge in the oil and gas sector and combining that with her technology expertise and leadership skills. She is in charge of the Net-Zero/Decarbonization tower under ESG practice in LTIMindtree. She leads a team of ESG domain SME/Consultants and solutions architects. She is responsible for providing digital solutions and consulting service offerings for clients across different industries and geographies in the ESG space and helping them accelerate their path towards Net-Zero.
