L&T Infotech’s Digital Solutions won three awards at World Innovation Congress (WIC) 2016, in a glittering ceremony held on February 20, 2016, in Mumbai. ‘The Excellence in Innovation Awards’ was an event, which honored the best in Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. L&T Infotech’s Digital Services solutions developed on MosaicTM Platform won awards in three categories. The solutions developed by different teams within the Digital Services Group included, Financial Crime EDD Automation – Best Innovation in Information Technology Category; MyCar – Most Innovative Product of The Year Category; and MediaHub – Most Promising New Product – Technology Category.

‘Financial Crime EDD Process Automation’ Solution is an innovative Digital solution, developed for Global Banking and Financial Services firms to automate their Financial Crime Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process. The solution creatively combines Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Automation, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning technologies.
‘Media Hub’ is an Enterprise Digital Media Management Platform based on Microsoft Azure meant for cloud-based storage and media conversion, combined with SharePoint 2013 Collaboration and Multi-device delivery. This solution also ensures fast response to requests for content delivery, by utilizing Microsoft Azure’s Content Delivery Network (CDN). It helps the organization minimize hardware/processing investment by leveraging elastic processing and storage capacities of the public cloud platform.
‘MyCar’ is a modern connected app, which connects you to your car. It is a Smart, Responsive, Cloud-based Hybrid App designed using modern technologies such as Mojio Sensor, Microsoft Azure, and Apache Cordova to provide state-of-the-art Portability, Prediction, Performance and Scalability. It allows you to plan your journey; predicts Journey Duration; and provides Post Journey Analysis, Emergency Alerts & Notifications, and Driving Pattern, enabling you to drive safely.
