For International Women’s Day the Women4Women Committee at LTI Canada hosted a virtual session where staff were given the opportunity to hear how they can make a difference moving forward in the industry and Choose to Challenge!
Staff had the pleasure to have an interactive session with young innovator Zaynah Bhanji and her mother Shaifa Kanji. The session allowed staff to ask the guests several questions where they received a better understanding of how one can choose to challenge the status quo and make a meaningful impact in their career and the career of others regardless of who they are.
