On this International Women’s Day, we aim to Break the Bias!
For International Women’s Day the Women4Women Committee at LTI Canada hosted a virtual session where staff were given the opportunity to hear how members within the organization are breaking the bias.
Staff had the pleasure to hear from their colleagues in leadership such as Tina Allan, Jeyamsakthi Shanmugam, Seema Bondade, Michael Dubiansky and Chris Pantelidis on how their personal and professional experiences drive them to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive industry.
