Belfast, June 25, 2019: The Global Sourcing Association officially announced the winners of GSA UK & Ireland Professional Awards 2019 on 25th June at the Titanic, Belfast. The GSA Professional Awards celebrate the outstanding contribution of the individuals and teams who deliver significant value to the global sourcing industry.

LTI was announced the winner of ‘Automation Champion of the Year’ award for delivering high standards of quality in robotics and automation to its clients. The award was judged on 3 key parameters: ability to deliver business value to clients, adoption of best practices with continual service innovation, and demonstrable commitment to the development and future of the industry. LTI was represented by Chandan Ghosh, Automation Expert at LTI for the Intelligent RPA solution.

Chandan has over 17 years of global IT experience, assisting marquee customers across major geographies, in their Large-scale Strategic & Transformational initiatives.

He has managed and delivered multi-million dollars in benefits by successfully implementing Automation Factory models & CoE roll outs in BPO & Shared Services for customers across Insurance, Manufacturing and Healthcare.
