​Mumbai, July 21, 2016: L&T Infotech made its stock market debut today, when Mr. A.M. Naik, Group Executive Chairman, L&T, and Mr. Sanjay Jalona, CEO & MD, L&T Infotech, jointly rang the ceremonial bell at the listing ceremony organized at the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in Mumbai.​

The ceremony was attended by many dignitaries including ​Mr. S.N. Subrahmanyan, Dy. MD & President, and Mr. R. Shankar Raman, Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer, L&T, Ms. Chitra Ramakrishnan, MD & CE, NSE, and managers to the issue.
The company’s shares have been listed in NSE and BSE.

L&T Infotech had recently concluded its Rs. 1,200 plus crore IPO, which had attracted more than one million applications. It had fixed a price band of Rs. 705-710 per share for the offering and the IPO had attracted more than one million applications, the highest for any share sale offer in India in at least five years. The issue price was fixed at Rs. 710 per share.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Citigroup Global Markets India and ICICI Securities were the managers of the issue.​
